About program participation

To join the program, create an account on the website. After successful company data verification, you’ll receive a notification allowing you to sign a program participation agreement. Once signed, the complete platform functionality will be available to you within a free package. If necessary, you can expand your opportunities, choosing a paid package that perfectly suits your business’s needs.
You can choose a tariff plan with the best features for your business: Free, Premium, Platinum, or Enterprise Suite. Regardless of your plan, you’ll have access to the complete platform functionality. Premium and Platinum plan tariffs are available at a monthly fee, while the Enterprise Suite is calculated individually, taking into account all the needs of your business.

Virtual and physical Wallester Business debit cards belong to the Visa Business class. The cards are accepted worldwide and are perfect for corporate expenses and online media purchasing.
The Wallester Business virtual card is issued immediately and is ready to use at once. You can also order a physical card with the same card details, delivered at the soonest.
A virtual card is a convenient alternative to a classic payment card with no physical carrier and is designed to conduct secure online payments. Within the frames of the Wallester Business program, there are single-use cards for one-time payments and chargeable cards for multiple uses. The cards are issued on the fly, providing all card details required. They can be connected to contactless payment systems, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc., also being a perfect solution for online media purchasing.

Physical cards are available in unlimited quantities and are issued free of charge depending on the tariff plan of your choice.

Each tariff plan also includes a certain number of free virtual cards:

  • Free — up to 300 virtual cards;
  • Premium — up to 3 000 virtual cards;
  • Platinum — up to 15 000 virtual cards;
  • Enterprise Suite — the number of virtual cards is determined individually to meet the needs of your business.

You can also order an unlimited number of additional virtual cards at a minimum cost.

About card use

You can top up the account balance using IBAN details. Make a transfer from any bank operating in the European Economic Area and Great Britain.
Yes, you can connect your card to various contactless payment systems: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, FitbitPay, GarminPay, and FidesmoPay.
The card account is opened in euros; however, you can make payments in any currency. The conversion is conducted automatically based on the actual exchange rate of the payment system.
Wallester Business cards belong to the Visa Business class and are accepted in all the countries supporting the international VISA payment system. They are suitable for making payments via card terminals, online purchases, and ATM cash withdrawals.

Additional information

If a corporate card is lost, it needs to be frozen as soon as possible. If the card isn’t found quickly, it should be closed via the platform or the mobile app, and a new card issued if necessary.
You can set individual limits for each card via a personal account on the platform or using the Wallester mobile app. There are daily and monthly limits for the most common payment methods: contactless payments, online shopping, POS-terminal payments, and ATM money withdrawal.
Yes. Besides managing the cards, you can also use the complete functionality of the platform — from issuing new cards and setting individual limits to business expense control in real-time.
